Taking these feelings and by collaborating with both the fields, we are looking to reach everyone and become one name required for all events.

Clothing of India

Clothing in India is dependent upon the different ethnicity, geography, climate, and cultural traditions of the people of each region of India. Historically, male and female clothing has evolved from simple garments like kaupinalangottasalwar kameezlungisarigamcha, and loincloths to cover the body into elaborate costumes not only used in daily wear but also on festive occasions, as well as rituals and dance performances.  India also has a great diversity in terms of weaves, fibers, colors, and material of clothing. The clothing in India also encompasses a wide variety of Indian embroidery, prints, handwork, embellishment, styles of wearing clothes. A wide mix of Indian traditional clothing and western styles can be seen in India.

The fashion in India or anywhere else in the world always repeats itself in a decade or two bringing neoteric twists to the current fashion. Our generation is influenced by the world of fashion so much so that it has become as essential as food and water. And mind it, it is not just wearing clothes we are talking about but the ever-evolving and changing fashion trends which we love to incorporate into our wardrobes.

Here is some traditional and ethnic clothing:

Sari/Saree or wrapped garments, salwar kameez, churidar, Lehenga Choli, Dhoti, Kurta, Sherwani, Achkan Kurta, Zari embroidery, chikankari & Lucknawi, Lungi, Dupatta, Anarkali, Sharara, Gagra Choli, Kurti, Cotton, Silk, tie&dye, khadi, organza, chiffon, georgette, Crepe, Cashmere, Damask, jacquard, Gingham, Jersey, Lace, Wool, Velvet, Muslin, Linen, Satin, Taffeta, Toile, Twill, Viscose are names of major categories in clothing and fabric types.

OUR VALUES

Resourcefulness

We have real conversations about where we are and what we need to succeed—and are comfortable with change.

Vulnerability

We do more with less but raise our hands when the company or our wellbeing is at risk.

Curiosity

We are eternal learners and strive to gain more knowledge, ask dumb questions (but never treat others’ ideas or Qs as dumb), and are comfortable throwing things at the wall.

Inclusivity

We value diversity of age, ethnicity, gender, religion, ability, experience, class, size, and more—and find ways to drive this through every element of the organization.

Humor

We take our work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves seriously. We believe in purposeful but fun-filled life.

Drive & Association

We keep driving ourselves towards new trends, demands and understand the requirements of our buyers which in turn makes good association in all aspects.
